Latte dock doesn't show up for drag-and-drop actions

Since the last update to Latte dock, it doesn't show up when trying to use drag-and-drop actions (like say dragging a link into mpv).]

Anyone facing similar issue? Or any solutions what can be done?

Didn't catch you....Not supposed to report the problem here?

Hi, did you configure you latte dock config?

Haven't touched anything from default. I'd like back the functionality to use it as a taskbar for drag-and-drag actions.

It auto-hides (which I like) but as of now doesn't re-appear when trying to drag something into it (which it earlier used to do).

Since writing this post, I've received 2 updates to latte-dock-git and the issue still persists.

Try restoring Garuda default configs from Garuda Assistant

I can not reproduce, you need to open a proper bug report at : Log in to KDE Bugtracking System

and include also your layout file that produces that bug

Did that. Still can't perform drag-and-drop :frowning:

Edit : Ok I just tested drag-and-drop for offline items, and it seems to be working. I just can't drag any kind of online links into the latte-dock.

Could be latte dock bug itself, could be a gtk-qt thing, could be a browser specific thing, I don't know. I'd have to experiment with different scenarios.

Since I don't know how to make the bug reproducible at the moment, mods can consider the issue solved.

When you drag online links your mouse is a hand, when you drag files your mouse remains an arrow. When the hand is used at a bottom dock latte does not receive any mouse events.

That is KWin issue or X11 or Mouse theme. This is not Latte fault.

To confirm it try to drag an online link at a top edge hidden latte dock or panel, it should work.
