Hardware differences I guess. Does the manufacturer provide any info on acquiring those numbers? Or is it Windows-focused item... (sigh)

Does a different kernel, say LTS, give a different output? Or mainline?

Its HP Pavalion 15 Gaming Edition, it is exlusivly made for windows. Any suggestion on how can i get the fan info

Well look, the fans are running good now. But it cant detect them
I ran all kinds of sensor detection scripts, nothing comes up

This is a hardware limitation. If the laptop doesn’t expose the sensors then they can’t be accessed.

If you’d like better Linux hardware support then feel free to complain to the manufacturer.
