Hi there, welcome to the forum.

Although not necessarily linked to your issue, this means that a reboot is pending.

Nothing change. I tried garuda versions with Gnome, Cinammon. Its weird because manjaro works like a charm after installation. And i really need external monitor for work

You cannot compare pears with apples.
Same kernel? Same nvidia drivers? Same KDE version?
There is always a chance to fall into a bug upstream.
See for example this recent KDE bug (not necessarily your issue, but I stumbled upon it a few days ago).
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=460341
One thing you could try would be to switch to e.g. the linux-lts kernel.

Same laptop. I think its not a problem with window manager
