I recently installed Garuda XFCE on my old Lenovo G50-45. It works awesome but the issue in the title bugs me very much. As stated The keyboard, IDK maybe gets disabled, stops working when I press the mute key on the keyboard. Also, the sound doesn't actually mute or unmute rather it constantly changes from mute to unmute for 5-10 seconds. The keyboard only works after a restart or hibernation. Any help is appreciated.
This kind of sounds like a broken or loose connection in your keyboard - are you sure it normally works correctly?

Yes, it worked without an issue in windows and pop os. This is the first time. Also the internal have never been interfered with.
