Hello Garuda community,
I did a fresh install on a new build a few days ago. I have an issue with multiple keyboards cutting out intermittently while playing a particular intensive (button mashy) game. Almost like the application is losing focus or my keyboard is ghosting. I am at a loss as otherwise the system seems to be performing normally with no unusual behavior, kind of surprising considering the newer nature of the hardware.
I checked all the system shortcuts and removed ones that could possibly be interfering or triggering any action. I made sure I was not running in windowed mode and my mouse was floating out of the window. I also ran a number of searches but its hard to filter out the more egregious issues for something that seems to only be an intermittent issue in a particular scenario.
The combination of keys are movement wasd and shift, alt and space. Suddenly I just lose the ability to sprint, crouch, jump etc but still seem to be able to move with at least a single wasd.
Keyboard is a anti-ghost mechanical logitech which I actually got to attempt to resolve the issue, as I was just using a cheaper office keyboard previously.
I'm not a hardcore linux user, though I've been daily driving for a few years now (Garuda for probably over a year). I just wondered if there was any recommended terminal apps that will show the history of what is going on with my keyboard or the input to try to figure this out.
Is there a particular KDE shortcut or gesture movement etc that could be doing this, or something that might interpret a lot of keyboard input as a reason to stop accepting input?
