I installed garuda bspwm few hours ago and i have keyboard which uses scroll lock key to toggle rgb lights so i entered this command xmodmap -e 'add mod3 = Scroll_Lock', rgb works but when the scroll lock key is toggled all keybindings stop working and they return to normal after toggling it again.
I think what you’ve effectively done there is to add another modifier key - so you’ve essentially added what’s like a shift or ctrl key which you toggle on and off.
Therefore, when you toggle it on it’s like holding down the shift key - and so shortcuts won’t work as expected.

but how do i bypass this problem because i'm not gonna replace my keyboard.
and why are there no keybinding cheatsheat like you have guys have provided with i3?

Bypass what problem? You have explicitly made your Scroll Lock into a modifier key. The solution is to not do that.
