ow the topic says arch linux and bot garuda and manjaro are arch distros so wouldnt be much different
i took the kerenl from the guide and anbox works when i mount binderfs manually so kinda works.
Ohhhhhā¦incoming posts to this statement in 3ā¦2ā¦ 
Manjaro handles its packages differently thanā¦most Arch based distros, so there is a difference. I am sure someone will weigh in to clarify this more.

What do you think happens if I ask there or in the Ach forum how to change the kernel at Garuda?

Garuda comes under the arch umbrella not manjaro's

You can try cinnamon / xfce / LXQT edition if you want lightweight Desktop Environment.
