Thanks I read the wiki about reporting bugs and since its with the linux-zen kernel which to my knowledge is a garuda feature, it says to report on the forum giving as much info needs to fix the issue.

Have you tried setting different cstates in your bios.
Sometimes different grub kernel boot parameters can help with sleep issues as well.
If it truly is a kernel bug that’s really out of Garuda’s hands, as Garuda has nothing to do with Linux kernel development.
From the Garuda Wiki article you linked:
Any software experiencing bugs that can not be resolved should be reported to its upstream project.
