Keeps opening fish even though shell is set to zsh

I tried using chsh and the checkboxs in Garuda Settings Manager, it says the shell is zsh but it's still fish no matter what I do

If you set your login shell to zsh then your login shell is zsh . Check which shell is being launched by your terminal emulator.

Can't change shell to zsh

This means it's a setting in your terminal emulator. Check its settings.
