Keep WiFi Connection Alive After Logout

After many days of hard work, I got my QEMU+KVM to work with GPU passthrough. Which unfortunately requires a logout.

One problem, however, is that if I don't log back into Linux before Windows 10 boots, then Windows 10 will have no internet connection. After all the WiFi connection is tied to the Linux session. (logging in after won't restore the connection)

How can I keep the WiFi connection alive to avoid this problem?
