Can you plz post your garuda-inxi?
- When did this problem start?
- Have you tried with another SDDM login screen?
- Have you tried with only one monitor? (say the laptop's only)
- Have you tried searching the Web for SDDM graphical issues?

At login screen?
That's a different issue. I know there's plenty of solutions on the web cuz I had to search for this a while back.
I ended up using xrandr in a script for my use case, but it also zooms (scales) the user graphical environment, so you have to search more to avoid that if you don't want to scale user as well.
