OK, First of all: I DID NOT tweak, tinker, or mess with the system, this is basically, or at least almost, a fresh install.
Changes I made (at least that I can remember of): Install some simple flatpak apps (FreeTube, a minecraft launcher), update & upgrade, use the Garuda Setup Assistant thing to install LibreOffice and do performance tweaks, install GPU Screen Recorder using yay, and some FireDragon customization.
I did not change the default theme, I am using Garuda Linux, latest version, KDE, gaming edition.
Intel Celeron J4025 2Ghz 2 Core CPU, Integrated Intel UHD 600, 8GB DDR4 RAM, 256 GB SAMSUNG NVMe SSD.
Description: So you know, in the default theme, there is a top bar and an icons only taskbar. When I click on the top bar’s tray menu (with the wifi icon, bluetooth, sound, clipboard, etc), I am expecting to see its menu, right? Like, that is KDE. But when I click on it, it shows an animation but nothing appears under it.
Also, when I tried to customize the icons only taskbar, I right click on it, click on “Configure icons-only Task Manager”, and it shows a window that should have the configuration. Instead, it DOES show the window’s frame and titlebar, but the content, the stuff inside the window, is completely transparent. I don’t see anything inside a window except emptyness. Completely transparent.
Help. BTW, this is my first time using an arch based distro, I am migrating from Kubuntu 24.04.
