KDE Plasma 6 apps open on fullscreen

Hello,
I am researching the topic of bringing back “without name bar and border” feature globally for application. Doing it with each application by pressing alt + f3 → more action → and unchecking the option “no name and borders” is kind of annoying.
What I did?
Tried to modify following file:
~/.config/kwinrc

by adding:
[Windows]
BorderlessMaximizedWindows=false

but it seems it’s not working.

When running some application I am getting:

What I would like to achieve? Something like that:

As you can see above there is a button to minimize/maximize the windows as well as the name of it.
Thank you.

Did you log out or restart after you changed the config file?

Yes sir, I logged out as well as I rebooted the machine.
Still after maximizing the windows of whatever application it goes fullscreen and only alt+f3 can help. So the switch for true/false does not work for me

The other question,

Did you add this full line to the config or change the one that is already in the config by default?

And you don’t have any weird window rules set?

Also if you make a new user does it still happen when you change the config?

I did only the changes from true to false

No I do not have anything related to that. No weird rules set.

When I made the new user, the config was on “false” and after maximzing the application on new user, the apps went “fullscreen”.

I can’t really say then, sounds like there’s some other underline problem. maybe for testing change the window decorations to some other theme.

Or maybe something else got set though i fond it unlikely when you click maximize. It triggers the F11 full screen mode. Which is different from maximize. but maybe check windows behavior? But it’s a long shot.
