I'm wondering if it's the GPU and driver combo. That's a Keplar GPU (GTX 600 series), if the system's updating the nvidia 470 driver to 495, that's gonna conflict AFAIK.
If system works before update, add nvidia driver to pacman ignore list.

Nvidia is just a pain in the ass with Linux. Though it's flawless with proprietary software

Have you tried installing the LTS kernel?:
- Run Garuda Settings Manager.
- Click on Kernel.
- Scroll down until you see linux-lts.
- Click install (next to linux-lts).
- Follow the instructions.
- Wait a little until it says Installed.
- Reboot.
- On the computer starting menu (grub menu), choose Garuda Advanced Options.
- Choose the LTS Kernel.
If it works with the LTS Kernel, you will have to do 8 and 9 every time you reboot, unless you do this: https://forum.garudalinux.org/t/how-do-i-change-the-default-grub-settings-and-splash-screen/14003/2

Website has been fixed with latest commit
(Although it may take some time to see changes on website due to cache policy. )

i accually got to the normal bootscreen with that but then it got stuck again at booting up plymouth or something like that
(couldnt reply yet because im new because of the 5 message limit)
