I keep trying to use paru to install octave, but I keep getting errors like this:

Some times it would work, sometimes it wouldn’t. Then when I try to put in my selections, they time out.

I only seem to be having this problem on my desktop not my surface pro. Paru works every time on my surface which has Garuda on it. The system however doesn’t.

Any ideas as to why this is happening?

Thanks

Also, what happened to this forum, using ~~~ doesn’t seem to work anymore make neat and tidy text for garuda-inxi?

Change to markdown [A-M] upper-left.

Oh ok, got it! Didn’t realise that was even an option

Thank you

AUR is down , I have the same problem too

What!!! did Pamac DDOS the Arch repos again.

Lol , highly unlikely , barely anyone uses Manjaro anymore :eyes:

Oh well, it seems to work again, that was wierd. It seemed to work fine with my Surface Pro but not my desktop which I thought was wierd

I knew it was my fault for breaking them!

is this still an active issue as I still cannot run a search with paru

That is interesting, cause it was working nicely earlier today

I had the same issues yesterday night too
