Unfortunately I cannot find that theme in the AUR repository (often installing from there, when possible is less error-prone).
Often these errors generate from the KDE side and there is nothing we can do other than wait and try again.
I don't know if this is the case.
You could also try downloading the file, extracting it and moving the contents in the appropriate folders, but being this a global theme, there will be several sub-folders to properly locate where to copy the files into.
Unfortunately today I'm not on my machine and cannot help more.
This could be e.g.

  • what you find in aurorae/themes/ should go into /usr/share/aurorae/themes/
  • color-schemes/ into /usr/share/color-schemes/
  • plasma/ into into /usr/share/plasma/

...
Once everything is copied, you can apply things from the System Settings (you should see "Plasma Deck" listed at that time).
But you'll have to play with it a little bit, if you want or, as said, wait and try again later or tomorrow.

That is perfectly normal. It will go away after awhile. Happens with themes, Icons, Cursors, Widgets, ETC... Basically what filo said.

Hmmm so it's just a ramdom issue and i need to force the installation sometimes until it's work ?

Wait or force (by "force" here I mean the manual process, not the "retry").
I'm curious, I like learning and so I always try BUT I always keep note of what I do and keep "backups" (e.g. before you replace a file, always make a copy), so I can revert anything.
This is a good way of learning at least something (even if you fail), but I use Linux only at home, I woudn't do that at work...
If you don't feel confident, don't have the time, etc. it's perfectly fair to wait...

I'm used to "dev" if i can say that but on linux er im still discovdring it. I take some risks because im kinda confident but I prefer to stay safe with some stuff. So it's better to wait I guess. I don't know how to force it. If someome explain me i can try for sure

This happens on the KDE Store occasionally, which is where it grabs the theme. Either the server is having a glitch (happens all the time, just wait and try again later) or the author didn't properly configure/package the theme correctly. Wait it out for them to fix, or best find the actual author's github/git page and report the issue.
