Issue with Nautilus and tmpfs

Hello,
I noticed last days I cannot launch nautilus. I have to start it from command line but I see there there’s no space left on device.

My tmpfs is full. I can open nautilus without problem when I reboot system but tmpfs still have 100% full. Haw can I fix that?
