Issue in installing theme

Hi garuda team,
whenever i try to install kde theme from its store it shows me error

Utterly Sweet Solid - KDE Store

yes i did from there also
i install ocs-url then install the theme
nothing worked.
Even i download the themes and put in /plasma/desktoptheme (where all the themes are stored ,exact path don't know but i pasted it there as there r more themes present already) but nothing shows in setting
