Invoice Ninja surprisingly is not available in Octopi or Discover.
How can I install it?

There are three versions in the AUR repository:
https://aur.archlinux.org/packages?O=0&K=invoiceninja
You can install with
paru <packagename>
Exit from PKGBUILD preview with button q and confirm installation.
Anyway please consider that they seem to be not updated since quite some time, so most likely you’ll encounter errors.
The upstream site seems to suggest the flatpak package

That is the server software.
I should have stated I was wanting the desktop client.
In any case, I opted for a flatpak.
