Trying to install any app that uses vkbasalt-cli ( bottles for example ) results in the following error code

I can confirm that the file /var/cache/pacman/pkg/vkbasalt-cli-3.1.1-2.1-any.pkg.tar.zst isn’t present in the folder but it shows up as corrupt or invalid.
Other packages install without any issues.
