I have my passwords from windows in a Password.csv file. Firefox wants for use sync. why won't it use the CSV file. So much easier!
Also Firefox DID take my HTML file for my bookmarks. but it didn't load them. Had to do that myself.

Hi there, welcome to the forum.
Unfortunately, both issues are unique to Firefox. We deal with Garuda, so mainly with the support applications and configurations we provide. In the vast majority of cases, functional issues with packages that are installed, but also those included in our distributions need to be addressed "upstream" (e.g., in the source GitHub sites).
Importing passwords into Firefox from a .csv file is supported, see here:
