Job: Create new partition on device ‘/dev/sda’
Command: sfdisk --force --append /dev/sda
Command: sfdisk --list --output Device,UUID /dev/sda
Job: Set the label on partition ‘/dev/sda5’ to "root"
Command: sfdisk --part-label /dev/sda 5 root

Try creating the partition in GParted before you start the installer and see if you get a different result. GParted should be available in the live environment with the ISO you are using.

Update: fixed the issue the issue was I had old recovery and efi partition when my win 10 was installed on hhd just removed them and installer started running again. If anyone has this issue cleanup old partions that are no longer in use first.
