...I get a lot of failed dependencies. Is there a way to install them collectively, so I don't have to do it individually?

Garuda is Arch-based and does not use .rpm packaging.

You might be able to install AUR (en) - pal-git but I note it hasn't been updated for 4 years.

Thank you for the quick response. I looked into it. I compiled it from source, and surprisingly it works just fine.
