Install and Update of package

Hi,

This is my first topic seeking help, a newbie indeed. While installing or doing system update getting this error -
Error: whoogle-git: signature from "Nico Jensch [email protected]" is unknown trust
Failed to commit transaction:

Any help would here please.

Hi, maybe you could try this one:

Issues with “signature is marginal trust”, "signature is unknown trust", or “invalid or corrupted package”

If you're getting an error similar to "Can’t update: signature from *** is marginal trust" or "invalid or corrupted package" you probably just need to update your package signing keys: sudo pacman -Sy archlinux-keyring chaotic-keyring sudo pacman -Syu If you have added any other repositories, e.g. BlackArch, then add their keyring to the list. Also make sure your system clock is correct! Of course, it's also possible that the package file actually is corrupt. Remove it from /var/cache/pacman…

Hi, same here. Solved installing chaotic-keyring first, you can use yay ( yay -Sy chaotic-keyring ), pacman ( sudo pacman -Sy chaotic-keyring ) or manually as suggested here https://aur.chaotic.cx/

Thanks a lot, tried this and it worked. Was working to fix since two days but this worked.
