Since Iām definitely not going to create a reddit account to check this, firedragon has darkreader installed and activated by default. Have you ever tried to disable this extension? Does the same issue happen for example with floorp or firefox with darkreader enabled/disabled?

I have tested in Floorp and FireDragon with Dark Reader and found no issue

It is related to darkreader for sure, but also the browser. In FLOORP with darkreader same settings reddit (when logged in) shows the top left menu text. For FireDragon it does not.
- Changing the darkreader textstroke setting renders the text, but on tab refresh it goes back to hiding the menu text items.
- On hover over them they are exposed because they are highlighted.
- Changing the darkreader theme generation setting to Filter from Dynamic works for a permanent workaround
With darkreader disabled these show normally in both browsers. For FireDragon I disabled all other extensions, but no change.
I am using Ubuntu actually Ubuntu 24.10, Wayland, Linux 6.14.0-1-t2-oracular.
