i want to turn off dark appearance i tried changing plasma style but it did'nt worked
the appearance is irritating a lot

Well, as far as I can think, it should follow system defaults.
Try changing kvantum theme.
And obviously KDE settings too.

tools > options > appearence
There is setting to change icon theme and dark light theme.
