yep you are right even with the slide show i am mostly on semi tranparent, terminal, firefox, vlc and watching some anime lol hardly my focus is on the wallpaper lmao

nope it's not there
It means on every login/boot or using keybinding (Super + w), there will be new wallpaper and matching color scheme for dmenu and terminal.
If I anderstand correct, DIY, 
Open new help request, in qtile and ping rohit
