I wanna change the nvidia driver

so i want to remove the current nvidia driver and install the 545.29.02 but i don’t know how i searched a lot and didn’t find how to remove the current one neither install another version.
i have the .run file installed from nvidia’s website

I hope you mean “downloaded”, not “installed”. If you mean downloaded, just go ahead and delete it out of your downloads.

NVIDIA - ArchWiki

Warning: Avoid installing the NVIDIA driver through the package provided from the NVIDIA website. Installation through pacman allows upgrading the driver together with the rest of the system.

yes downloaded my my bad

i searched for the driver on octopi and didn’t find it
so how do i get it :face_with_monocle: then

or at least i want to use igpu instead of the dgpu since nvidia isnt supported by wayland

also i wanna add thats x11 isnt smooth and feels like not running on 60 fps all the time
