I Updated BIOS - Now Garuda is broken

Hello Everyone out here !!

I'm using Garuda KDE Dragonized edition with windows 10 as a dual boot, Never encountered any major issue till now, using for more than a year .. Today I updated the bios of my OEM(Lenovo) from win10 and bang my Garuda Linux disappeared from my system, like there's no boot partition in bios nor boot menu appearing at start up, so there's no chance for me to boot into Garuda .. Please someone help me out how can I Fix this , I'm newbie and I need my Garuda Linux back ..
