So after copying my install to a new larger drive i moved my swap partition with Gparted so i could enlarge my root Partition and now it doesn’t work, would deleting the partition and remaking it with KDE Partition manager fix it?

Please post always your garuda-inxi.
Check your /etc/fstab, the UUID has probably changed.

i changed the uuid to the new id and it just made the boot take much longer.

here is the info you asked for, also I have tried both the UUID and the Partition UUID in fstab the Partition UUID only made it take longer to boot.

OK, I think this confirms to be the bottleneck (I don’t see anything else important).
So, it’s most likely the swap partition mounting.
Could you please provide
cat /etc/fstab
and
lsblk -f
?

The delay should come from somewhere here.
I’d start commenting them one-by-one in /etc/fstab and reboot, to see where the problem might come from. Especially:
04781BCC781BBB7E does not appear in lsblk
3B3AB44977D448F4 appears but not in mountpoint
