I have been attempting updating Garuda for several days and I'm having dependency problems. I update either through update or garuda -update and I'm not sure if there's a difference

These packages have all been removed from the repos and should be uninstalled before you take the update.

sudo pacman -R kipi-plugins libkipi libmediawiki samba-mounter-git

If you want to replace any of them with the AUR version you should do that after you finish the update.
