The logo was showing up correctly in the terminal and now I have a message:
Error: couldn’t find config: neofetch
I searched the internet and our forum, but found nothing. How can I fix it?

Thanks for the answer, but previously everything was fine.
When I generate the
λ neofetch --config
logo it shows up to me, but only for a moment. After restarting the terminal again, I have the same thing again.
How can I save it permanently?

You use fish or bash?
man neofetch
There is no neofetch --config
OTHER:

I format your output 
Change your
.config/fish/config.fish
fastfetch to neofetch.
Aways reboot KDE
I reboot KDE twice.
Than post the garuda-inxi after reboot
