I can't resize my monitor resolution after update (yay)

With the garuda-update my screen was changed to the largest possible screen resolution.
When I wanted to change it again, I saw that there is only this largest option, in the system settings -> monitor.

I don't know what to do and the solutions I found with xrandr don't give me the promised success

exactly the same here. i use a Macbook pro. and after an update, the screen is in the biggest resolution (2880x1800) and doesn't have the option to change the settings. and icons and everything is small. and still, I can not solve the problem .
