Maybe look at garuda-gamer, for stuff that cud make your controller work.

you need AUR (en) - bluez-plugins-ps3 make sure to reboot after you install it or it can kinda cause issues of not working all the time.
You also may have to approve the controller in terminal. That one though i dont remember the link i think archwiki but dont quote me
