I cant boot from my usb drive with the iso file

I tried to boot from my usb drive and i selected "boot with open source drivers" AND "boot with proprietary drivers" and they both show this message

mount: /run/miso/sfs/livefs: wrong fs type, bad option, bad superblock on /dev/loop0, missing codepage or helper program, or other error.
dmesg(1) may have more information after
failed mount system call.
ERROR: Failed to mount /dev/loop0

You can try to fix the problem manually, log out when you are finished.

how do i fix this?

How exactly (which OS, which application, any errors during the transfer, etc...) did you transfer the ISO image downloaded from garudalinux.org into your USB pendrive?

I flashed the .iso file onto my usb pendrive with Etcher on windows (there were no errors during the transfer)

Use garuda-downloader.
