I cannot shrink a partition, where my garuda is running

I cannot shrink a partition, where my garuda is running ,

To do that you have to use a live USB, unmount the partition, if mounted, and shrink, possibly with gparted

I want to shrink "/", this partition.
When i unmount it ; It show me this: "The file system on partition ‘/dev/sda1’ could not be unmounted."

Booting from a live USB?

I am assuming that you are not currently using the partition you are trying to change.
Try gparted, this has always worked for me so far.

I have already install garuda.
When i was installing it , I had use the all storage.
And now i need some partition, to use windows on it.

Ok but you have to boot from a live USB, not from your HD
