I cannot install pip discord

I'm changing my bot from ubuntu to Garuda..

Im undertanding it is unix based?

I want my discord bot to run in Microsoft visual studio code...

I get this error in terminal:

/home/garfield/Desktop ; /usr/bin/env /bin/python /home/garfield/.vscode-oss/extensions/ms-python.python-2023.12.0-universal/pythonFiles/lib/python/debugpy/adapter/../../debugpy/launcher 50641 -- /home/garfield/Desktop/BlueEye.py
Traceback (most recent call last):
File "/home/garfield/Desktop/BlueEye.py", line 2, in
import discord

I understand its lib issue, but i already tried installing various ways..

also, why does it say in terminal?
