I cannot have the same desktop background on multiple monitors

Hello.

I just installed the Garuda Linux - Garuda Xfce environment. I have in total 3 monitors (one of my laptop and two external monitors).
The issue is that on one monitor the picture is displaying with panels and options, but on the other two is displaying a blue picture and I want to have on all monitors the same picture with options like the first monitor.
Also, I can move open tabs with different informations from one monitor to other.

That’s the normal xfce desktop behavior as I remember.
Have you read the Desktop Settings Dialog?

Read xfce documentation on usage. DEs have differences on how they set the desktop and other settings.
Reading documentation is cheaper for the Global Environment than using power consumption posting to forum and web searching
