What is the headset? How is it connected? Have you tested it on any other system?
Yes, I have a dual boot with Garuda + Windows and my headset works normal on Win
It's a Razer Kraken X
joaoianuci:
Razer Kraken X
This doesn’t appear to be anything special so should show up as normal.
KDE should have audio device settings that will allow you to configure any connected device so that will be worth checking. Installing and running pavucontrol
is also another good option for configuring audio devices.

The USB headset isn’t appearing at all in this section - if it’s not showing up then it can’t be configured or used.
This is slightly out-of-date so you should update your system; if you have recently updated then you should reboot; USB devices won’t connect to a system that has had a kernel update but not yet rebooted.
