Try updating your mirrors.
Go Garuda welcome > Garuda assistant > System update.
It will use reflector to update your mirrorlist.
And from the terminal, you'd better use update, a script which refreshes itself, refreshes the mirrors, updates the system and other things. 
PS: please always put
~~~
before and after the terminal output, for proper formatting.
Moderators have asked you numerous times since joining our forum to perform a thorough search before you open help requests. It was not very many hours ago that I again asked you to search before posting. I've lost count of how many times moderators have posted the link for "how search" on your threads in the hope you might figure out how to use a search engine.
The moderators have discussed your numerous requests for help with simple matters and it was felt that if your behavior didn't improve you would need some stimulus to modify your behavior. A suspension of your posting privileges for a week will hopefully give you some time to become more familiar with how to search for answers yourself
Please modify your needy behavior. We have too many users and not enough forum assistants to continually answer rudimentary questions, (or questions that have been answered many times in the past). You are displaying a distinct tendency towards help vampirism. This type of behavior is highly discouraged on our forum as our philosophy is to avoid spoon feeding answers endlessly to lost users. We try to encourage our users to only open help requests as a last resort in an attempt to foster an ideology of self sufficiency in our users.
