i am facing this error whenever i try to access the external storage (hard-disk).
error is :- An error occurred while accessing ‘New Volume’, the system responded: The requested operation has failed: Error mounting /dev/sda3 at /run/media/row/New Volume1: wrong fs type, bad option, bad superblock on /dev/sda3, missing codepage or helper program, or other error
yes its NTFS type , so what is the solution of this error ?
Install ntfs-3g with paru -S ntfs-3g
in Konsole and then just mount it using disks app.
