How to remove yay from my system?
yay is a package just like any other package, so the Archwiki page for pacman in the section "Removing packages" will help you.
Always search first, before asking a question, someone might have had the same problem as you -- and found an answer!

IIRC, there is no yay in Garuda Linux DE's 
There is an alias, if you type yay, Garuda use paru.
