How to reset neofetch in fish

I want to reset the fish welcome,just like the picture below,I like the dragon.

The option garuda is the logo of garuda,and the option dr460nized is dragon

Are we talking about neofetch or fastfetch?
Our standard is fastfetch (see config provided by SGS), so if you for example installed neofetch but it doesn't look like the standard, possibly the best thing would be to remove it.
If you already have only fastfetch, we should update the topic title (for future users/readers).
