How to optimize Garuda for laptops?

I'm using Garuda Linux on laptop and I have no idea how to turn on the power saver or whatever mode. My laptop is always overheating and making a lot of noise. On Windows there were several utilities including the built-in "Edit power plan" in the control panel that used to set the power mode easily but I'm not finding anything here. I removed the linux zen kernel and gamemode tweaks and installed the powersaver tweaks too but nothing has changed. So how do I optimize it?
