How to mount a HDD?

Hello, from Argentina.
I was able to install Dragonized, but it doesn’t recognize the HDD and I can’t activate the preview panel. Can someone help me? Best regards!

Gracias.

Hi there, welcome to the community.

Please use English in the forum, you can use an online translator. If you want to use Spanish only, just let us know and we will move your topic to the Spanish subforum.

And please explain your issue better and post your garuda-inxi.
Thank you.

Edit: I just saw that you edited your post and chose English, so I edited and translated the topic title. Now we just need your garuda-inxi and a detailed description of your problem.

What kind of drive is it, external or internal? What kind of file system is it, NTFS? What happens when you try to mount the drive, do you get an error message? If so, which one?

What do you mean by preview panel?

Have you tried gparted to see if your drive is visible?

(sudo pacman -Sy gparted)

if the drive is not visible is it visible in your bios?

(1)Reboot and press the DEL key, multiple times in quick succession before the grub menu comes up. 2) Or open settings and type in Desktop, and then find menu item ‘desktop session’, on the bottom, and select ‘enter UEFI setup screen’. Apply and reboot.)

You can also install an app called ‘gnome-disks’ run it - type ‘disks’ in main menu, and see if your drive is visible, if it is select the ‘additional partition options’, right click and select repair drive.

cheers.
