I am not able to find a driver to install my Epson L3250 printer. Everytime I try a driver it just prints symbols. Any help with this topic would be really appreciate it.
What are you trying to tell us by posting the template of your post but then not following it, at least in part, and instead ignoring it?

You probably need this package. Since you haven’t provided the output of garuda-inxi there’s a chance you’ve already tried this step, but we have no way of knowing. That’s the reason the post template is there.
Since it’s an AUR package, you’d use paru to install it:
paru -S epson-inkjet-printer-escpr
Since it’s an AUR package you’ll want to be mindful to manually check for updates every now and then (maybe once or twice a year, it doesn’t look like this package is updated too often) using garuda-update -a
