How to install a zen4 Kernel

Hi,

how to switch from the default Kernel:

Kernel: 6.4.12-zen1-1-zen

To a zen4 optimized kernel.

trying to use yay to install

3 aur/linux-amd 6.5.v.0-1 [+30 ~1.04]
Linux kernel aimed at the ZNVER4/MZEN4 AMD Ryzen CPU based hardware

results in a mkpicio not found message and nothing changes.

This package is available in the Chaotic-AUR so no need to try building it with yay.

that works. now i can choose the zen4 kernel from advanced boot options.
how to make it the default one?

Try changing the "Boot to" value in Garuda Boot Options.
