Ya, not sure myself why all of a sudden the notifier from Octopi after an update wanted to do that.
I don’t have it on my system now, but it should be
octopi-notifier-framework and/or octopi-notifier-qt . Both are listed as optional dependencies.
Lately I’ve been removing Octopi from my systems because it is just causing annoyances like this and I haven’t been using it lately at all anyways. Also, it uses Qt5 / knotifications5 for notifications still…
