“Static” as in not hiding correctly I assume?
Either the panel (lower dock) isn’t set up correctly or it has to do with a bug like 478797 – Metabug: issues with Panel in "Auto-Hide" or "Dodge Windows" modes inappropriately hiding or un-hiding in various circumstances
You can check the visibility settings for the lower panel (dock) by right clicking it and selecting “Show Panel Configuration”

Then How Make It To look like Mac Dock when the mouse Kept on them the Icon Hover right how can do it sir

I know what you mean, but I don’t have a solution. The jumping icons were already annoying me in the Latte Dock:kangaroo:

Something like icon animations on hover? (I’m not a mac/apple user so I tend to not know what they have been doing lately in the past few decades  ). If so, I think @sunda has the right idea. That dock can handle animations, so that might be what you are looking for. I haven’t used it personally so I can’t say it has the exact animation style you are looking for or not though.

You may have seen something before in earlier version of Garuda in KDE 5, there was a way to make the dock look much more pretty using latte-dock, but since latte-dock is no longer maintained, Garuda has stopped using it for some time. I’ve looked around things in KDE 6 that could possibly replace some features found in latte-dock, but haven’t seen too much for what would customize docks other than a “panel colorizer”. There could possibly be bugs getting in the way of developing something like this for a KDE Wayland session (using something like a KDE applet/widget), as there is a Qt bug with geometry that can glitch out panels (which include docks using Icons-Only-Task Manger) : https://bugreports.qt.io/browse/QTBUG-126746

For now if you want something like that your waiting on ElementaryOS to make a new dock as they are making one for wayland.
But right now there is nothing that has magnification on hover or any real effects. Now you can run cert en plasma styles though, hard to find that change how it looks you can also change the svg for that panel to make it look more mac like but its really not the same.
Sadly wayland killed all the docks gnome kinda has one but its a extension that breaks every 6 months when there’s a system update.

Can keep up with the port to 6 progress here Plasma 6 port (#134) · Issues · Plasma / Latte Dock · GitLab i recommend donating to the project if you want it done.
