Could you please be more specific?
Any theme you try is not applied, or a specific one?
Maybe give a look at the Arch wiki and e.g. try also the terminal command:

What kind of themes are they? How are you applying the themes?

Bear in mind the Qt theming and GTK theming are managed separately in the default configuration for Cinnamon; you have to explicitly set it up if you want them to match.
